I - G E N E R A L E X P E C T A T I O N S --- VCORP APPLICANT ("OOC") REQUIREMENTS / EXPECTATIONS ---
Please check the following before considering an application. If you can bring more such as certain multimedia tools or experience, even better.
Maturity - ideally you are at least 18 years old
Sufficient English comprehension (written/verbal) due to the international environment
We value our group concept and immersion - we promote a more realistic dynamic medium RP environment
Being able and willing to use voice communication
We expect that you consider this organization your main affiliation to prevent a possible conflict of interests
Employees should be active or report inactivity
You can take and provide constructive criticism - we want a healthy environment without artificial drama
We do not tolerate classic cheating or hacking
We are a lawful and a law assisting corporation - and so are our employees
You use "Steam" from Valve Corporation and can run the appropriate title you apply for on your machine, at the latest at release if pre-release title or phase

By applying (and potentially being accepted) you also agree to these regulations. Please also look at the infractions section for a basic understanding of the system.
--- FOR ANY VCORP MEMBER ---
Loyalty - to prevent a possible conflict of interests, you should consider this your main organization
Follow instructions, handle delicate information and issued material with care
Keep proper conduct and work procedures in mind - they are clarified in detail in the internal sections - they are binding
Keep a "clean slate" - no hacking, cheating, malicious intent towards others or friendlies
Expect transferal and various other tasks within the corporation - you can change your job of course
Handle personal conflicts that may occur with care and the goal to work towards a solution for all
Give feedback - good or bad - whenever it might benefit all and solve problems
Take part in the workflow - be active and let us know if you cannot be for whatever reason
As employee, you represent us - keep that and all possible consequences of bad public behavior in mind
Vital: for specific positions, installations and methods, specific rules can apply - they are specified in an internal section
In short, any expectations and requirements in addition to applicant requirements are binding to employees

These aspects are only covered here in a basic variant that should suffice for a quick overview. They can be specified in detail in the forum.
Disciplinary action, enforcement rights and minor legal disclaimer - includes "outsiders"
Disrupting corporate operations will result in a response. Intent, position and damage caused will be considered. On this platform (website), we reserve the right to edit or remove unfitting content by other users that would go against common sense™ or promote any unwanted activity such as phishing, spamming, etc.
Certain environments (aka "in game") may allow enforcement of measures. For example, command or security personnel may restrict areas or prosecute wanted criminals while also conducting searches. Security reserves the right to defend corporate assets and operations in more restricted areas (restricted for the general public or specific groups and individuals) with measures like fines to make up for caused damage or minor offenses but also less-lethal and lethal force with and without warning. We are not automatically responsible for damage caused to others for their negligence.
For internal cases warnings, loss of rights or complete membership can be a viable option only to protect the overall corporate body. We generally aim for a solution both parties can agree on. If that is not possible or fails after various attempts, the solution where the corporate body and most individuals will benefit will be chosen.
To summarize: We reserve the right to defend ourselves with various measures both internal and external while also - when possible - assisting law enforcement in various areas.
Your Rights No duties without rights. You can expect fair treatment, ways of interaction and generally a good time if all goes well. If something bugs you, say it. If something is good and should continue, say it. You do this in your free time, so it should not be a chore. Internal investigations will try to cover all aspects before deciding on judgment. We want to promote a more flat hierarchy internally, giving each member more freedoms and the ability to act autonomous.
--- IV - Division and rank specific ---
Simplified description of specific requirements (in addition to the general requirements listed on top). Some of these may be clarified internally due to security reasons. Under some circumstances (low quantity of members), divisions are more to be seen as specializations than "full time jobs".
C O M M A N D (any)
Try not to mistake this with "V-COM" mentioned under the info-tab despite the same color. This area mentions any command, broad or specific, and therefore includes command positions in security, science and service. Hence the "any".
Requirements Long standing relationship with corporate assets, trust, special circumstances, experience in this area, etc.
To achieve any command position, a certain standing is required in addition to skills and the ability to lead or administrate personnel or material. High level command (faction leadership) has higher expectations and limits than low or mid-tier squad or group command. These positions can be achieved faster, given the appropriate requirements.
Expectations You are to lead and to satisfy corporate interests with cooperative leadership. While members are expected to follow orders, it does not give an excuse for abuse or punishing people you may dislike with your rights.You lead by example and set the main corporate course either way. On paper or with your direct hand print.
--- S E C U R I T Y---
Requirements At least basic skillset and / or interest to handle combat scenarios and base protection duty. Alternative: Ability to achieve those within a reasonable time through Corporate Academy training. Working voice-communication software may be required, is generally strongly encouraged. Pilot / vehicle / other licenses or expierence required for respective jobs. Elevated requirements for special positions are not listed here.
Expectations Above average need to follow orders, tactical understanding, teamwork. Able to follow internal protocols and understand / apply various law codes when enforcing law in public zone. Also able to patrol / guard base perimeter for prolonged times if need be. Able to learn / apply at least basic tactics and ability to work in teams to protect corporate or customer assets.
Engaging neutral or 'innocent' targets in the field is forbidden by default unless waived / ordered. Able to handle firearms or melee weapons with care in a qualified way. Elevated expectations for special positions are not listed here.

Requirements Above average skillset and / or interest for research and study of world / lore elements, creatures, (game) mechanics, chems, arms and more. Alternative: Ability to achieve those within a reasonable time through internship at Research and Development.
Expectations Continuous work on existing or new fields of research. Dangerous research must be held within secure lab environment; contact base command, service or security to assist if required. Proper results in written form are required eventually to make research comprehensible.

Requirements Above average skillset and / or interest for a broad field of work such as mining, farming, construction, engineering, maintenance, customer care and more. Alternative: Ability to achieve those within a reasonable time through work in related areas. If interested in internal (multi)media management, certain software and experience is required to create multimedia.
Expectations Depending on field of work. This department may generate the "hard income" for us. It is therefore vital that you generally try to get (and finish) tasks, deals or trades in a timely manner while keeping the individual risks and requirements in mind. Such as a potentially dangerous environment in zero-G mining or the risk of faulty equipment. You use at least basic courtesy when dealing with customers. Unless you are directly assisting someone permanently, you work "free-form" when in any business related area. Internal section may clarify business cuts and shared profit further. In some cases you may be required to fill out short reports to record more vital trades or orders.
